Mixing Instructions

Gradually pour the entire package of straw into the White Finishing Clay Plaster (25 kg) while mixing with water.

The amount of straw is only a recommendation and depends on the desired intensity of the effect.

Coverage for one layer: ~32 sq. m, when mixed with White Finishing Clay Plaster.

Basic Decoration Instructions:

• Apply a thin first layer of White Finishing Clay Plaster without straw to the wall. Allow it to dry completely.

• Apply a thin second layer of White Finishing Clay Plaster with straw and smooth it with a PVC trowel (Marmorino Tools 25188) to achieve an even surface and eliminate any scratches caused by the straw. Once the second layer is dry, wipe the surface with a damp but well-wrung sponge to reveal the golden color and full beauty of the straw. Tips

The beauty of the wall will depend not only on how well the clay plaster is applied but also on how effectively the straw is washed. The straw will be easier to clean if used with White Finishing Clay Plaster or very light color pigments. If using bright colors, we recommend creating a separate sample to evaluate the final look.

Common Mistakes

The most frequent mistake is washing the wall with an overly wet sponge and using uneven, non-fluid movements.
